Replenishing Mask With Rhug Honey

Replenishing Mask With Rhug Honey is a mineral rich purifying treatment mask that targets dull, dehydrated and congested skin for a smoother, brighter and more refined complexion. It is best used weekly, applying a thin layer over the face (avoiding the eye area) and then leave on for 10-15 mins. Remove with warm water and a muslin cloth if you have one to hand. I didn’t use a cloth but it wasn’t an issue.

Presented in a quality glass jar, the contents are a dull greenish grey colour and you can smell the essential oils immediately, especially the ylang ylang. Pleasant and not overpowering at all. As directed, I applied a thin layer to my face and the honey helped it glide across my skin easily.

I don’t have congested skin so initially wondered whether the mask would be drying to my more mature skin but it was in fact the opposite. My skin felt hydrated and I looked as though I had had a facial, as my skin glowed with a fresher appearance. I thought my fine lines appeared softer too. I would add that my skin rarely glows after a spa facial so this in itself was a bonus.

A product to look forward to using as part of a weekly skincare regime, for both the spa-like experience and the after results.
